The organisational structure is shown below in Fig. B.2.1. This structure consists of a 6-strong DLR/JRC Management Team comprising the project co-ordinator, technical co-ordinator (also deputy), project controller/accountant, legal support, secretary, as well as a scientific expert responsible for education, dissemination, training and technology transfer. The financial and legal branches of the DLR have high-level expertise of setting up annual cost statements as well as rules of intellectual property rights.
